Fully qualified Yorkshireman! I have raised the White rose flag on August the 1st, Yorkshire Day! I have 20 years experience looking after groups of Adults on Walking Weekends, throughout the UK. This involves navigating, decision making (tea shop or the pub?) listening to my clients needs (toilet!) dealing with animals, first aid and hotels. I also lead charity treks, helping people raise money for Breast cancer.

This has developed my compassion and patience to another level! And I love doing it! Walking with people, informing them of what they can see and what they CAN’T see. Not only walking through the countryside, but driving through it as well. This gives me the depth of experience to help me communicate with my clients to help them on their future travels ie: Castle Howard then to Chatsworth. Having driven for over 40 years without a sat nav, I KNOW Yorkshire and all roads leading to it! The History, the different dialects and cultures are all here, in my head (and my office!)
